Man, woman arrested after Tasty Bird Market fight

DAYTON —A man and woman are facing disorderly conduct charges after a fight broke out between the two at the Tasty Bird Market, according to police.

Police were called to the store located at 900 West Third Street Monday afternoon after a call came in complaining about a fight that had just taken place.

Sierra Woodfork, 21, and Maurice Wallace, 43, were the two parties involved in the altercation which came about over a money dispute according to the owner of the store.

The owner then showed Police a video of the incident which according to the police report shows Woodfork and Wallace getting into a physical altercation in the middle of the store.

After the two had finished fighting the video showed another male described as a bald African American man steal money out of Woodfork's shirt and run out the front of the store.

Police arrested Wallace on the scene for disorderly conduct. He was then taken to Montgomery County Jail.

Woodfork was summons arrested for disorderly conduct because of health concerns.

Police concluded both parties have been banned from the store by the owner and the bald thief has not been identified.
