The children -- ages 15, 14 and 12 -- have been turned over to family members. The case has been referred to Preble County Children Services.
The Preble County Prosecutor's Office has the investigation and charges are pending, according to the sheriff's office.
Arrested and jailed are:
- Chod Clark, 40, detained on charges of assembly or possession of chemicals to manufacture drugs and child endangerment.
- Shannon Smith, 41, detained on the same charges as Clark.
- Regan Foust, 34, detained on a charge of having weapons as a felon. He also was being sought on an outstanding Warren County warrant.
- Christopher Johnson, 49, was detained because he was being sought on an outstanding warrant out of Darke County.
