1 or more stabbed in fight at Huber youth agency

Several people were taken into custody Tuesday evening following what police describe as a “large fight” at a nonprofit youth agency during which as many as three people were stabbed.

The victims, who Huber Heights police said suffered non life-threatening injuries, were stabbed or cut at Camp Fire USA, 4301 Powell Road, said Huber Heights police said.

Crews were dispatched to the shelter area of the facility at about 5:58 p.m.

According to a report, a knife was produced during the fight

Detectives said they located the people involved in the fight, and noted that some of them were at an address on Mike Court.

Police said they have filed assault or felonious assault charges, but noted that they are continuing to investigate to determine who was a victim and who was a suspect.
