Search at Springfield house part of ‘ongoing investigation,’ police say

Springfield police and Clark County deputies with a search warrant entered a Grand Avenue house Wednesday night.

Law enforcement would not say what they were looking for, nor whether they seized anything at the house in the 200 block of West Grand Ave. in Springfield. There were on scene more than three hours.

No one was arrested, and police called the search part of “an ongoing investigation.”

Police responded shortly before 7:30 p.m. to the house in the 200 block of West Grand Avenue.
