Police tell us an officer ran the license plate and discovered it was stolen. The Impala fled from the attempted traffic stop and the pursuit ended in the area of Oak Knoll Drive and Hillview Avenue.
Two passengers — A male and female — stayed with the vehicle as the driver ran away. Police said he was found in a nearby backyard and was arrested.
The suspect’s identity has not been released.
