Bond $250K for man, 24, accused of child rape

UPDATE @ 10 p.m. (Feb. 21):

Bond was set at $250,000 for Zach King, accused of child sex crimes.

He is no longer in the Montgomery County Jail, and is on electronic home detention.

FIRST REPORT

A 24-year-old man accused of child rape has a warrant for his arrest.

Zach King was indicted Thursday by a Montgomery County grand jury on multiple charges, including one count of rape of a child younger than 10; seven counts of rape of a child younger than 13; and three counts of gross sexual imposition involving a child younger than 13.

He is scheduled to be arraigned Feb. 14, or possibly sooner if he is taken into custody.

Dayton police investigated the case against King, who in 2015 had a Huber Heights address, records show.
