A Montgomery County Prosecutor staffer was arrested Saturday during the Dayton protest.
Cara Sweet was charged in Dayton Municipal Court with misconduct at an emergency. She is due back in court on June 4, according to online court records.
She is not listed as an inmate in the Montgomery County Jail.

Montgomery County Prosecutor spokesman Greg Flannagan confirmed that Sweet is an employee with the office and was arrested for not obeying the curfew imposed by the city. He said her employment status remained unchanged Monday.
According to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s website, Sweet is an executive assistant.
