Stabbing victim dropped off at Grandview Hospital

Editor’s Note: A previous version of this story reported the victim was an infant, according to a Dayton police report. However, additional public records indicate the victim is not an infant.

Dayton police are investigating a report of a stabbing involving a man dropped off at the hospital.

Police were called at 7 p.m. Tuesday to Grandview Medical Center.

The victim’s name and condition were not immediately available.

A call obtained through a public records request indicated the victim was stabbed in the chest, but was not telling anyone where the stabbing happened.
