23-year-old Jonathan Robinson was arrested on Jan. 24 in Dayton, and faced a judge on Jan. 26 on charges of aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, and felonious assault.
In his Jan. 26 arraignment, Robinson pled not guilty and bond was set at $250,000.
Robinson is due back in court on Feb. 8.

A Montgomery County grand jury this week has indicted one man stemming from a Dec. 20 shooting on Illinois Avenue, while charges related to the shooting have been dropped against another man arrested the day of the incident.
The indictment accuses Jonathan Robinson on multiple counts of aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary and felonious assault in the incident that left a man shot and wounded in the 300 block of Illinois Avenue.
Police said three men in a white vehicle approached the victim and someone in that car pulled a gun and fired.
The victim was driven to Miami Valley Hospital by private vehicle. His injuries were not believed to be life threatening.
Wednesday night, Robinson was not listed as an inmate in the county jail.
Donnell Dalton, 24, arrested in the shooting the day of the incident, remains in jail and a has a hearing scheduled for Thursday for probation revocation involving a separate aggravated robbery case. His bond is $25,000.

According to online jail records, felony charges of assault and aggravated robbery stemming from the Illinois Avenue shooting have been cleared by the prosecutor’s office.
Three misdemeanor charges against him, involving traffic violations, were released by the court Jan. 10, according to online jail records.
The day of the shooting, Dalton was taken into custody after the car he was in, believed to be the suspect vehicle, was ditched on Varney Avenue.
Police with the University of Dayton and city of Dayton had spotted the suspect vehicle, followed it on U.S. 35 East, onto Smithville Road and then to Varney Avenue.
