When she tried to speak up, the man allegedly told her: “Shut the (expletive) up cause you didn’t vote and have no right to talk,” the report said.

Carter told police she became highly upset and admitted to officers she began waving her hands in the air and hit the man in the face. She allegedly then began taunting the man to put her in jail for hitting him in the face, the report said.
