Suspect steals alcohol, consumes inside store bathroom

The workers told police they had this problem before of finding empty beer cans in the bathroom.

The suspect was identified as Scott Reynolds, 45. He was issued citations for theft and public intoxication, according to police.

Reynolds was found inside the bathroom and appeared intoxicated and was slurring his speech, police said. Officers recovered a 750ml bottle of Montebello Long Island Iced Tea.

Reynolds was taken to Miami Valley Hospital where hospital staff told the officers the man had been in already four times that time for intoxication, according to the police report.
