Findley has been indicted on seven counts of pandering obscenity of a minor or pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor from November 2015 until August 2016.
The Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office and Findley’s attorney have said the alleged victim was not a Stivers student. Prosecutors said Findley was charged for having pictures of a juvenile that were found on his phone.

Dayton police have asked anyone that is an alleged victim of Findley, or knows someone who may be a victim, to call Sgt. Gary Lowe at (937) 333-1132.
Detectives wanted the public to know that this remains an open investigation, according to a media release.

Defense attorney Kevin Lennen said during Wednesday’s brief hearing that he was challenging evidence from an iPad that police used a search warrant to examine.
Findley’s bond has been set at $100,000 plus electronic monitoring. Findley also had work privileges granted.
