The attack happened around 10 a.m. Jan. 25 at Howery’s home in the 200 block of Harrison Street in Troy. One man was taken to Grandview Medical Center in Dayton, where his condition is unknown.
Howery remains in the Miami County Jail on a $25,000 cash-only bond.
