Well, not in his right sock, where the officer found a metal spoon wrapped in plastic with a piece of what appeared to be cotton saturated in brown liquid.
Two needles were in his left sock, along with a bit of powder in a plastic Baggie in his pants pocket. He said the Baggie was used to store heroin, which apparently the brown stuff was.
The subject was taken to jail. The other three men were allowed to continue work.
