In the development director’s position, McFall will provide fundraising and development leadership and oversight to the growth and development of the Oakwood Schools Foundation. This includes the annual fund, major giving and planned giving to sustain the mission of the foundation.

She will report jointly to the board of the foundation and to the vice president of development at The Dayton Foundation.
McFall has also worked with Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Miami Valley, where she held a variety of development responsibilities.
McFall has a BA in political science from Ohio University. While at OU, she spent a semester studying abroad at Shandong University in Shandong, China, as a part of OU’s flagship study abroad program in Asia. She has also attended UD’s Center for Leadership and received a certificate in the Emerging Leader Program in 2017.
McFall and her husband, Patrick, have lived in Oakwood for six years. The couple has two children, Gwenyth, 8, and Charlie, 5.
