Congressman Mike Turner and Majida Mourad were married in a private ceremony Saturday in downtown Dayton.
The ceremony at the Westminster Presbyterian Church was followed by a reception at the Dayton Art Institute.
“We are looking forward to spending the upcoming holiday season together and we are happy we could share all that Dayton has to offer with our friends during this memorable time,” Turner said Saturday. “We would like to thank the community for the many good wishes we have received.”
Turner has represented the Dayton area in Congress since 2002 and previously served as Dayton mayor.
