An Indiana man is at Miami Valley Hospital after CareFlight took him from the scene of a crash in Darke County Friday night.
Darke County deputies were sent to the crash in the 7400 block of Palestine-Union City Road around 7:56 p.m., according to a Darke County Sheriff’s Office release.
Jeremy Kimball, 42, of Winchester, Indiana was flown to the hospital after he drove left of center and off the road into a tree.
Deputies said Kimball was not wearing a seat belt when his car hit the tree and alcohol is a suspected factor in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office.
