Roger D. Roberson, 47, was arrested at the scene and booked into the county jail on one count of felonious assault. The case is reportedly being reviewed by the Preble County Prosecutor’s Office.
Deputies arrested a Verona man on suspicion of felonious assault after authorities responded to reports of a stabbing at a Lewisburg motel Tuesday.
The incident occurred at Super Inn Motel on Ohio 503 around 8:15 p.m. According to the Preble County Sheriff’s Office, a fight in the parking lot escalated into a stabbing and one man was transported to a nearby hospital. His injuries were not considered life-threatening.
