Awards given to MVCTC electrical trades students

ENGLEWOOD — Two Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) Electrical Trades seniors were awarded tool bags from the Southwestern Ohio Division of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI).

Mike Bilbrey of Franklin Monroe High School and Thomas Applegate of Miamisburg High School were the two recipients.

Each tool bag is valued at $250.

To be considered for the award, each student needed to submit a letter stating why they needed the tool bag and what they would do with the tools.
