The man was wearing a black baseball hat and a red, possibly Ohio State, hooded sweatshirt with black lettering, police said.
Two vehicles were suspected of being used during the incident. The first is believed to be a dark, newer model Chevrolet Traverse and a light, older model, Chevrolet Blazer or GMC Jimmy, was described as the second vehicle.
