City of Fairborn, police announce ‘Safe Exchange Zone’

The City of Fairborn and the Fairborn Police Department announced a newly created “Safe Exchange Zone” open to the public.

Located at the Fairborn Government Center and police department area parking lot at 70 W. Hebble Avenue, the zone provides for the safe exchange of child custody transfers and internet or private sale transactions.

The area is under 24 hour video surveillance and open to the public 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
