Cloudy to start, slight chance of showers before sunny weekend

We will start the day with cloudy skies that will largely clear during the morning, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington. There is a slight chance of rain in the early afternoon, but that will dwindle again as we go into tonight. The high will be near 89 degrees today, falling to around 67 degrees overnight.

Tomorrow, it will still be clear with mostly sunny skies and a high near 86 degrees, which will drop to around 57 degrees tomorrow night.
