“I've been in court with the prosecution of this county and framed, on occasion,” Daniel Schooler said during his final pretrial hearing before his scheduled trial next month. “I want to know, if their involvement, in this case, is it correct for them to be the ones to try me?”
Judge Steven Dankof assured Schooler that prosecutors are the right authority to represent this case and told Schooler’s lawyers could bring any proof of his claims to his attention.
Schooler is scheduled to go on trial June 12.
