Columbus ranked fourth on the list topped by Tulsa, Okla.
Dayton ranks sixth and Cincinnati came in 10th place.
Apartment Guide says it used its data as well as the Cost of Living Index by The Council for Community and Economic Research to determine which areas have the lowest rent and lowest cost of living.
