As this news organization first reported in September, Miami Valley Hospital now owns the property.

The purchase includes a 0.42-acre tract and the former restaurant building at 1136 S. Main St., Dayton.
Hospital spokeswoman Sharon Howard said the property will be turned into green-space for the time being.
"We don't have any immediate plans for the space," Howard said.
The restaurant closed in Dec. 16, 2015.
