“It’s good for Mr. Drake and the city because it’s a space that has sat empty for the past five years. It creates a little revenue stream for us,” Cashman said.
Drake is moving his former gym on Fourth Street, which has been the site of several professional and amateur fights, to the new location starting today. He said it would be open to customers in 2015.
