The driver, whose name and age has not been released, was taken by Urbana medics to a Careflight hub, then flown to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. The extent of his injuries was unknown.
None of the residents of the four-unit dwelling were home at the time of the crash, police said.
Urbana police are investigating to determine whether the driver suffered a medical condition prior to the crash, and also to see whether drugs or alcohol was a factor, according to police.
