FIRST REPORT:
An Endangered Missing Adult Alert was issued for a Norwood man last seen at a Hamilton County Salvation Army.
Charles Allen, 60, was last seen Tuesday at 3:10 p.m. after he walked away from the Salvation Army on Park Avenue in Norwood, according to Norwood police.
Allen is a black man, 5’11” and 220 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Allen has multiple health conditions that require medication that he doesn’t have with him.
