Event highlights fire prevention

BEAVERCREEK — The Beavercreek Fire Department and Red Robin Gourmet Burgers teamed up during National Fire Prevention Week, Oct. 5-10, to urge families to make fire safety and prevention a priority and give away free Fire Prevention Activity Books.

Red Robin also donated a portion of its kids’ meal proceeds to the National Fire Safety Council as part of the weeklong event.
