The fire was reported around 7 a.m. and was fully involved by the time crews arrived, said Mark Lynch, Harrison Twp. fire chief.
“The bridges to access this area are very weak so we kept our engines out on the front street and stretched lines back here to extinguish the fire,” he said.
The building does electricity, Lynch said.

It was not immediately clear what caused the fire.
Trotwood, Clayton and Englewood fire departments assisted on the scene.
