Firefighters responded to the house in the 4600 block of Greenwich Village around 8:30 a.m.
According to investigators, the residence was occupied, but no one was home at the time of the fire and investigators are still working to get in contact with the homeowners.
Around $30,000 in damages were reported, firefighters said.

The fire was reported in the 4600 block of Greenwich Village around 8:30 a.m.
