Hilton brand hotel planned near Austin Landing

A 106-room, four-story Hilton brand extended stay hotel is proposed off Ohio 741 northeast of Austin Landing in Miami Twp.

A Home2 Suites by Hilton is being planned by 741 Developers Ltd. on 1.8 acres in the Exchange at Spring Valley, documents show.

It would be the second southwest Ohio location if the township approves plans expected to be submitted later this year or early in 2017 with construction targeted for spring, developers said

A $9 million, 92-suite site recently opened in Liberty Twp.
