Rolfes is the president of Milford-based Potterhill Homes and previously serves at the HBA vice president/treasurer and secretary and has been a member of the board of directors since 1997, according to a news release.
Three major home shows are planned during Rolfes’ tenure — Homarama in June, Citirama in September and a Home Energy Expo in November, according to the release.
