Indiana highway reopened after head-on crash

A serious crash closed a highway in Indiana this afternoon, as emergency crews worked at the scene.

At about 12:15 p.m. Saturday, crews were dispatched to U.S. Route 35 and Tingler Road, north of Richmond, on reports of a wreck.

Officials with the Wayne County Sheriff's Office said two vehicles were involved in a head-on collision. CareFlight was requested to transport at least one patient.

The highway was reponed at 2:30 p.m., according to officials.
