The first of each year, many people make resolutions that include change and improvement. Some resolutions are loftier than others, such as improving eating habits, managing stress or even running a marathon.

To assist in achieving your goals, the Air Force Civilian Health Promotion Services now offers a new interactive website, www.USAFwellness.com, where you can complete a health risk assessment (HRA) and take advantage of resources that will help in your growth toward achieving your healthy lifestyle resolution changes.

Completing an HRA identifies your current health status and provides invaluable personalized feedback about actions that can be taken to reduce risks, maintain health and even help prevent disease.

Additionally, you can take advantage of resources to help on your road to success. A few website features are as follows:

• View your local CHPS event calendar.

• Track your daily workouts, steps and food intake with the help of an accurate calorie count for calorie intake and burn.

• Access a wide variety of health information in the Health Library.

• Link information you already track from sites/apps.

• Get suggestions for small goals to focus on each day called Daily Pursuits.

• Form alliances with friends and co-workers to create support to meet and achieve your personal well-being.
