The driver, Madan Dev, 76, of Centerville, has not been cited, according to a crash report.
Dev was taken to Kettering Medical Center and a woman in the pool, 56-year-old Althea W. Moore of Cincinnati, was taken to Miami Valley South Hospital.

Police described the injuries as “non-serious.”
Two other people in the pool area at the time of the crash were not injured.
It is not clear whether Dev will be cited once the investigation concludes.
