Nine resumes were submitted for consideration, with the trustees interviewing four of the candidates, Trustee Robert Shook said. He said Bosse was the most experienced and most qualified. The vote to hire Bosse was 2-1, with Shook and Bill Whidden voting yes and trustee Sue Campbell voting no.
Bosse, a longtime township resident, had previously run for township office. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA in accountancy from Wright State University.
He has provided consulting and litigation support services for more than 25 years and has taught as an adjunct professor at Wright State University.
