Kasich: Flags in Ohio lowered for Baton Rouge

All flags on public buildings and grounds in Ohio are to be flown at half-staff immediately until sunset Friday, to honor the victims of the attack in Baton Rouge, La., Gov. John Kasich ordered Monday evening.
