Kindergarten registration set

The Troy City Schools kindergarten registration is scheduled for April 10.

Registration will be held at all kindergarten through grade five elementary buildings from 4-6 p.m. The exception is Concord Elementary where registration will be from noon to 6 p.m.

Registration is for children five years old on or before Aug. 1, 2014.

Information that should be brought to registration includes: birth certificate, passport, certificate of baptism or other birth affidavit confirming date of birth; custody papers, if applicable; immunization records; doctor, dentist name/phone numbers; parents’ home and business phone numbers; preferred emergency room/hospital name, phone number; babysitter name and phone, if applicable.

Other requested information includes preschool or previous kindergarten history; photo ID of enrolling party; and proof of residence, if new to the district.
