Just prior to the crash, another driver reported seeing the Dart driving erratically.
The driver of the Silverado, Eric Brubaker, 37, of Camden, was taken to Miami Valley Hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening.
The woman killed in the head-on collision on Ohio 503 in Preble County was driving erratically just before the accident just south of Pyrmont Road Tuesday, Sheriff Mike Simpson said.

A witness, who had been following the woman’s car for a period of time, told authorities the Sedan was all over the road, the sheriff said. The witness was about to telephone the sheriff’s office, because of the erratic driving, when the collision occurred just before 5 p.m.
The witness “indicated the car was northbound, was left of center; the pickup truck was southbound and unable to get out of the way,” Simpson said.
“We’re not sure what was going on inside the car,” he said. “At this point, we don’t suspect drugs or alcohol.”
Investigators will be looking to see if the woman had been using a cell phone.
“At this point, we don’t know why she as left of center,” the sheriff said.
The woman is only described as being in her 20s.
Officials won’t release the woman’s name or hometown until her relatives have been notified.
The driver of the pickup truck suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to Miami Valley Hospital, Simpson said.
Ohio 503 was shut down in both directions while crews handled the wreck.
