There are few things you can put on a plate that are more delicious than a juicy, cooked-to-perfection steak.

Vegetarians may cringe, but the sight, smell and taste of a medium rare steak is enough to make most meat lovers do a happy dance.

It is a good thing the Miami Valley has its places to get a good steak.

 Why?: The Paragon is as far from a hipster club as one can get, and that is part of its charm. This dimly lit, old-school spot does steak the right way and has class galore without the gimmicks.
