Dustin Seiber, 22, is charged with breaking and entering, theft and criminal damaging after a corrections officer said Seiber pushed in a window at the commissary and stole seven candy bars.
Seiber told deputies he was hungry and doesn’t eat well in jail. He also offered to pay for the candy bars instead of being charged.
The 22-year-old’s bond was raised $3,250 in court this morning, bringing his total bond from the felonious assault charge and yesterday’s charges to $13,250.
