Man found shot and wounded in yard, Dayton police investigating

A male found shot and wounded in a yard has been taken to a hospital and police are trying to determine what led to the incident.

The male, believed to be 20, was found by residents in the 1000 block of South Euclid Avenue, near Bancroft Street, Dayton police tell us.

He has been taken to Grandview Medical Center, where he is reported to have suffered non-life threatening wounds.

The incident was reported about 7:37 p.m. as a shooting.
