Officers responded to the crash at the intersection of North Main Street and Parkwood Drive involving two vehicles shortly after midnight Saturday morning.
Jermaine J. Benson, 31, was killed in the crash, police said.
Officers are searching for a silver Honda Fit, believed to be a model between 2009 and 2013, that would have moderate to heavy front-end damage, a statement read.
