John Forsythe, 30, is accused of soliciting sex from an underage juvenile earlier this month.
Miami County Magistrate Gary Zuhl set bond at $100,000, 10 percent allowed.
Zuhl said he set the high cash bond because he felt Forsythe is a “flight risk.”
