CA Ventures, a development company based in Chicago, Ill., is looking to turn about 8 acres of land at 10653 Yankee Street into a 176,000-square-foot assisted living, memory care and independent living facility, according to Washington Twp. Zoning Manager Ryan Lee.
According to preliminary design plans presented to the zoning commission, the facility would have featured amenities like a private salon and spa, a movie theater, golf simulator and a fitness/physical therapy room.

Lee said no formal plans have been submitted to the township as of yet, but he expects a request for a zoning change to come some time this week.
