Dispatchers described the fire as extensive with all crews still on scene.
The person at the home managed to get out quickly and is uninjured, according to dispatch.

Fire crews are responding to a structure fire in the the 1700 block of U.S. 42 in Warren County.
The fire was reported around 1:30 am Sunday morning.
Dispatchers say crews from Turtlecreek Twp., Lebanon, Wayne and Salem are on the scene.
A fire investigation team has been requested, according to initial reports.
