BUTLER TOWNSHIP, Montgomery County, Ohio -- Police say a Wednesday morning shooting on Gardenside Drive is now a homicide. A man was shot in the chest while visiting a friend who lived there. Twenty-eight-year-old Devin Sheppard of Huber Heights died Wednesday just after 1 p.m.
A neighbor called 911 after the man was seen stumbling across the street. A diver was called in to see if the weapon was at the bottom of a swimming pool.
