A Dayton area restaurant/sports bar is set to shut down next week.

Buffalo Wild Wings in West Carrollton will close for good Aug. 18, according to a sign posted by the business at its 2082 S. Alex Rd. location.

“Thank you for your patronage,” according to the sign. “We regret to inform you that this location will be closing permanently on August 18th.

"We would like to thank you for your loyal patronage over the many years we have been in this location and we will miss serving you here."

BW3s officials said last year the West Carrollton site would close. The company is also preparing to shut down its Springboro site as a new restaurant is being built in Miami Twp.

Officials said earlier this year the projected opening date for the Austin Landing location was Sept. 1, but that goal may not be met as the exterior of the building has not yet been completed.

Officials have said the Springboro location will close when the new site opens.
