Huffman stepped down after winning the seat as 80th District state representative in the November election, representing all of the county and a portion of Darke County.
Dr. Ginn has more than 30 years experience as a family physician in West Milton. He announced that Miami County surgeon Dr. Christopher Grove of Troy will continue as assistant county coroner.
